Composite insulator structure

  • Good structural stability: general porcelain suspension insulator is internal rubber assembly structure, galvanic corrosion, low zero value insulation resistance will be produced during operation, and synthetic insulator is external rubber assembly structure, mandrel is solid insulation material, no degradation And breakdown, there will be no zero-value insulators.

  • High efficiency of line operation: Synthetic insulators have good self-cleaning performance and no zero-value insulators. Therefore, cleaning and inspection work can be changed every 4 to 5 years, shortening the time for maintenance and power failure.

  • Light weight: The light-insulating insulator itself is light in weight, easy to transport and construction, and can greatly reduce the labor intensity of the staff.
